“Missing Chicken.” Poetry by Natalia Panzer. Published by Co-Ed. 28 pages 1-color digital print, 5.5 × 8.5 inches. First edition, 2014: 25 copies. $10.00.

The phrase “Missing Chicken” can refer to a lost bird, someone or something craving chicken, an off-form player in a game where a chicken is thrown like a ball, as in “I keep missing the chicken,” and someone or something unable to get in touch with Chicken, as in “I keep missing Chicken.” All of these interpretations and any potential others are equally possible and equally relevant.
